I find writing to be the best form of escape, it’s mindful and allows you to empty your head of the stresses of the day and enter into another world.

I have always loved to listen to podcasts and recently started to host one with a friend called The Hot and Moody podcast.  I find real people, interesting, intriguing and often inspirational and I love to listen to their stories.  If I’m in a cafe, on public transport or in a queue, I’m the eavesdropper who always wants to know more.  Speaking to real people via a podcast allows me to satisfy my curiousity whilst also being inspired and inspiring others.’
